WHITE WINE
Chardonnay (unoaked) 2010 R34 per bottle
This unoaked Chardonnay is an easy-drinking yet classy wine. It has freshness, elegance and depth. The wonderful citrus zest and mineral tang of its aromatics give it the characteristic of good Chardonnay.
NEW: Sauvignon blanc (Elgin) 2010 R38 per bottle
On the palate, a lovely follow through from the nose of the fruits, and the flint and mineral elements blend awesomely with the racy, bouncy acidity to give this wine a perfectly balanced mouth feel and a good lingering finish. This wine will benefit from aging for a year or two.
Wooded White 2008 R20 per bottle
A Chardonnay, Chenin, Clairette Blanch and Viognier blend, barrel-matured. Complex oak regime adds weight, supports rich flavours and contributes to seamless integration and balance. Normal price from cellar: R75! A bargain you simply can’t afford to miss!!!

Chenin / Chard blend R25 per bottle
A blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay shows a fruity and crisp medley of citrus aromas and melon undertones, creating an invigorating wine with a concentrated palate and a remarkably fresh finish.
PINK
Rosé 2010 R25 per bottle
A salmon coloured Rosé with delicious mouth filling flavours of crushed strawberry and raspberry flavours with ripe cherry. Beautiful.

RED WINE
Pinotage 2009 R25 per bottle
So excited about this wine! It’s juicy and oozes berry flavours, with just a hint of pepperiness. Flavours beautifully balanced by good acidity and soft tannins. Infinitely drinkable!
Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 R30 per bottle
The nose shows spicy aromas, complemented by coffee, a hint of chocolate and cigar box character. Black berry fruit, cherries and spice follow through on the palate. This is a full-bodied wine with soft but firm tannins, giving a great balance!
Pinot Noir 2009 R45 per bottle
This Pinot Noir’s nose displays a delicious fruit character of cherries and wild berries interlaced with a spiciness – typical of a cool climate wines. The palate explodes with a mass of berry flavours, carefully balanced with soft tannins. A wonderful example of an elegantly made wine.
Cape Blend 2003 R42 per bottle
Hints of hickory, spice and red fruit can be found on the nose. The palate is elegantly balanced with a fine fruit structure and lingering after taste.

Syrah 2006 R42 per bottle
Red fruit, leather, spice and black pepper are evident on the nose. The palate is tight and mineral with fine tannins and excellent length.

Merlot RESERVE 2007 R42 per bottle
Double Gold Veritas. Following through from the nose onto the palate is dominant blackberry and blueberry fruits; coupled with fine grained tannins that walk one through the mid palate and into a hypnotic finish that leaves one reaching for the next sip to fathom what it may reveal.
Pinotage RESERVE 2008 R48 per bottle
A layered wine with a wonderful array of flavours (from plum, dark chocolate, red pepper corns and black cherries) combined and balanced with fullness of structure and a delicious lingering coffee finish.
Cabernet RESERVE 2008 R48 per bottle
Deep inky colour promises fullness, depth of character and even an adventure. The wine as delivers a mulberry entry, hints of chalky-minerality, aromas reminiscent of hikes though fynbos, buchu, prune and even dark chocolate covered orange peel. A full-bodied wine.
Bordeaux RESERVE 2008 R60 per bottle
Cab Sauvignon / Cab franc Blend: This rich, ruby red wine is redolent of pepper and spice, striking an elegant balance between ripe berry and plum fruit, with classic oak flavours. (12 months in French oak barrels).
It’s made by a very prestigious garagiste winemaker…relatively expensive for an unlabelled wine, but oh my, it’s worth it!
Ruby Port R40 per bottle
A blend of Pinotage and Tinta Francisca from the Breedekloof. Deep in colour, lively, peppery and full of fresh fruit flavours. A delicious winter warmer at a very delicious price!
